The latest episode in Rob vs walking. Helen and I headed out towards Llyn Y Fan Fach in search of veiws and sheep. We followed this 21km loop, heading out over the top of the ridge and back along its lower slopes past the two lakes. I’ve really embraced walking lately, and it’s gone from being a ‘better than nothing’ alternative to spending time on the bike to an actually very viable way to spend a nice time outdoors. It also makes room for much more meaningful conversation than can be had on a bike ride, and as somebody who’s been known to struggle with meaningful conversation, this is definitely a good thing.
