I’ve been building wheels for a really long time. From lacing up my first attempts following a ‘bike mechanics for beginners’ book in my bedroom aged 15 to building track wheelsets in the shop back in the fixed gear glory days, and then spending many years managing wheel service, repair, and warranty for some of the biggest brands in the business. Along the way, I’ve built all sorts for pretty much anybody who asked and developed a great feel for the process. I had always wanted to make this ‘side hustle’ into something more legit and this has become a reality with joining the dream team of Tim and Paul over at Forever Pedalling as the ‘wheel guy’.
